James J. Cutro and Craig M. Bonnist, members of the labor and
employment law sections of the New York County Lawyers’
Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, founded
the firm. Prior to this, they both practiced employment law and
labor relations at large New York City law firms, as well as
their own law firms. They have represented national public and
private corporations in the insurance, banking,
telecommunications, health care, manufacturing, hotel, airline,
supermarket, and commercial real estate industries.
Craig and Jim founded the firm on a simple principle: to provide

labor relations and employment law attorneys exclusively
dedicated to learning each client’s industry and business
objectives. An experienced attorney armed with this knowledge is
